       The ENtrance ClassIn this class we will introduce the essential Pilates principles, and you will become familiar with our style and flow. You will move from the reformers to the towers, and utilize props to deepen your practice and increase the challenge. New to equipment based Pilates? We highly recommend that you complete several ENtrance Classes before experiencing other styles of class.

       ENgaged Open FlowHere you will explore intermediate classical and contemporary Pilates flow variations. This is a reformer based class, but all equipment and props may be utilized.

       ENlightened Teacher’s ChoiceJoin us for a fun, surprising class where the teacher decides which apparatus will be used. Similar to our Open Flow class, but we reserve the right to use all of the equipment or no equipment at all!

       ENdurance Jump BoardGet your heart pumping with this fun, low-impact cardio Pilates class! Using the jump board on the Reformer, you’ll build strength, improve coordination, and boost endurance—all while protecting your joints. Perfect for all levels, this class adds a playful twist to your Pilates practice.

       ENpower TowerWorking directly with the tower springs on a stable surface will challenge your muscles, improve your stability and create an environment to safely stretch. Tower work is the building block of all advanced reformer work.

       Chair ClassThis compact piece of equipment consists of a small seat with one or two pedals. These pedals, attached with springs to adjust resistance, can be pressed down with the hands, feet or other body parts, enabling a variety of exercises. Working on the EXO chair is particularly useful in challenging your balance, control and strength. This class is ideal for those with prior Pilates experience.

       Classical RepertoireClassical Pilates follows an original order of exercises performed on the reformer. Exercises are taught with a unique and dynamic rhythm, and progression occurs when exercises can be done with control and precision. Give it a try and learn the way Joseph Pilates intended it to be! This class is not recommended for beginners, pregnant clients, and those with injuries.

       Reformer SculptLooking for a high-energy, full-body workout? Reformer Sculpt combines traditional Pilates with added weights, increased repetitions, and bursts of cardio for a dynamic, sweat-inducing session. This class is designed to challenge your strength, stamina, and coordination, making it ideal for those with prior Pilates experience who are ready to level up their practice. While we love welcoming all clients, this class moves at a faster pace and includes advanced exercises that require a solid foundation in Pilates.

       Reformer/Tower ComboThis dynamic class blends the best of both worlds! Experience standing Tower work, traditional Reformer exercises, and innovative moves using Tower springs on the Reformer. Perfect for building strength, flexibility, and control while keeping your workouts fresh and exciting.
