Pilates for Prenatal and Postnatal care

Specialized Team

Our teachers are trained to work with pre/postnatal clients. Liza and Signe are Pregnancy and Portpartum Corrective Exercise Specialists, and Cindy and Alessandra are working on this certification as well.
