  • First of all, welcome! Engage Pilates has plenty of free parking for those of you who drive to the studio. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Grip socks are welcome, but not required- our favorite way to do Pilates is with bare feet!

Our small group classes have a maximum of 5 students per class so you will get lots of personalized attention. Classes are 50 minutes in length and our private/duet sessions are 55 minutes. It is best to arrive 5 minutes before class to put your things away and have a chance to BREATHE. Water is available, but please bring your own refillable water bottle.

Lastly, we ask that you please silence your cell phones and store them away from your reformer when you arrive at the studio. Please respect our teachers and fellow clients by being on time for classes and private sessions.

  • Group classes have a 12 hour cancellation/change policy. All private sessions (including private group classes) have a 24 hour cancellation/change policy.

    • If you purchased a single class or have a class pack and cancel late, you will lose that class.

    • If you have a membership and cancel late, you will be charged a $20 fee.

    • If you cancel late for a private session, you will lose that session.

    • We reserve the right to cancel a class at anytime, as well as substitute instructors There are no refunds or extensions for purchased sessions, class packs or memberships.

  • First of all, please use the waitlists!  Plans change and opportunities to move with us open up more frequently than you may think! Our waitlist system isn’t just about filling spots—it’s about creating opportunities for everyone in our community to enjoy the classes they love. This approach helps us maximize class availability, keep our sessions vibrant, and make the most of every moment together.

Our waitlist operates on a 'first response' system- here is how it works:
1 - When a spot opens up, everyone on the waitlist will receive a text notification.
2 - The first person to respond 'YES' will secure the spot and receive a confirmation text. However, if you do not want the spot please respond “NO” to free up a spot for someone else.
3 - If you’re on the waitlist, we assume you’re ready to join the class. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours before class to avoid being charged for the class.

  • Pilates is an excellent form of exercise when you are pregnant and once you have been cleared from your doctor or nurse midwife postpartum. Most of our classes are suitable for pregnant/postpartum clients, but we do suggest you avoid the Intermediate/Advanced Classical Repertoire Class during pregnancy. As your pregnancy progresses, please communicate with us so we can help steer you in the right direction for which classes may be best. Private sessions are always a wonderful option as well.
