Class Description
The ENtrance Class- ENtroducing the Pilates principals and safe for all levels. Flowing from the reformers to towers and utilizing props to deepen your practice and increase the challenge. In this class you will become familiar with our style and flow. New to Pilates? We highly recommend completing 10 ENtrance classes before exploring other styles of class.
ENgaged Open Flow- Intermediate Classical and Contemporary Pilates flow variations. There are hundreds of Pilates exercises and variations. We want to flow with those we know! With our small group environment we are able to specialize our classes for the bodies in front of us. In this open flow class, all props and all equipment will be utilized. Minimum of 10 Entrance classes must be completed or approval of instructor prior to booking.
ENhanced Advanced Flow- Advanced Pilates repertoire utilizing the Pilates towers, reformers and mats.
ENdurance Cardio Sculpt- Increase your blood flow with our low-impact, high-energy cardio class. Safe for all levels utilizing our jump boards, standing towers and light weights to increase the challenge and get your heart rate up.
ENergetic Reformer Flow- This reformer based class will flow smoothly and quickly. You will get your heart rate up and your blood will flow with our faster paced class that is still safe for all levels.
Enlightened Teacher’s Choice- This is a fun, surprising class where the instructor decides which apparatus will be used. All levels welcome.
